Medical Information Call Center Services

 

Synowledge Medical Information Call Center (MICC) services can be customized to meet our clients’ corporate and product-specific requirements. We ensure adequate coverage during, and after, business hours, and on weekends, with customized coverage (e.g., 8, 12, 24-hour days) augmented with voice mail and automated FAQs.

Synowledge MICC utilizes Interactive Voice Response (IVR) keypad recognition to handle call volume spikes to increase efficiency and reduce costs. This is integrated into the IRMS application, a comprehensive third party system owned by Online Business Applications which facilitates the intake, handling, routing, and fulfillment of medical inquiries.
