Job Title : Engagement Manager |

Project Management:
|
| |
- Ensure all project deliverables and timelines are met on a consistent basis
- Have a thorough understanding of all client/project requirements at all times
- Effectively handle all escalations and from both client and Synowledge team
- Maintain clear and direct lines of communication throughout all involved departments to meet customer requirements
- Act as the Single Point of Contact between Client and Synowledge operations team
- Address all client concerns related to the project and implement corrective and preventative action plans as required
- Maintain/strengthen relationships with key players involved in project from client team
- Schedule and manage all meetings involving the client that (unless more appropriately handled by PM)
- Oversee project metrics and ensure established targets are met

Account Management: |
| |
- Ensure Customer Satisfaction is met at all levels
- Form strategic relationships with contacts in other departments/groups of interest
- Identify new potential projects within existing client accounts for expansion of scope of services
- Consistently update management on status of account and areas of opportunities
- Promotion of partnership
- Develop case studies, white papers, etc. (in coordination with Marketing)
- Arrange promotional cross-departmental events with Client to expand network into other areas of interest (ie lunches/dinners/seminars with RA Department, IT, etc.) to promote the success of the project and our complimentary services offered

Subject Matter Expert: |
| |
- Assist sales team during client meetings and teleconferences by providing subject matter expertise
- Provide input and assistance with the preparation of proposals, PowerPoints and other sales/marketing collateral
- Attend bid defense meetings and represent Synowledge as a Drug Safety SME
- Identify strategic growth areas for company as per industry trends and opportunities
- Provide subject matter expertise at webinars, seminars, conferences and other industry events
- Work with sales/marketing teams to develop collateral on new and existing services
- Work with QA and Delivery with the creation and modification of SOPs, WIs and guidelines

Specialized Knowledge and Skills: |
|
|
- Experience in Pharmacovigilance operations
- Experience in Drug Safety Applications and Regulatory compliance applications would be ideal
- Knowledge of 21 CFR Part 11 guidelines, Volume 9A, Computer system validation guidelines
- Experience in Service Delivery of Medium and Large sized projects
- Excellent relationship management skills
- Strong project management skills, with a keen desire for execution
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities

Technical Skills: |

- Person should be familiar with Microsoft office applications such as MS word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Access
- Knowledge of ARISg or equivalent Drug Safety Database (ie ARGUS, AERS, etc.)

Education & Experience: |
| |
- Minimum 5 years Experience in Pharmacovigilance
- Experience in Drug Safety operations
- Master’s Degree and/or MBA would be an advantage
